Keep It Simple Software Ltd is pleased to announce the release of Kiss Accounting Software designed for small manufacturing companies.
Kiss Accounting Software consists of five integrated modules, accounting, sales order processing, purchase order processing, inventory and job costing that work together seamlessly. You can choose to store data in either an access database or a Microsoft SQL server database and the program is available in 32-bit or 64-bit versions. The databases can be left open or password protected to give you unfettered access to your data. By putting the system data on your network Kiss accounts is fully multi-user enabled. Confidential information such as passwords are encrypted within the database.
Kiss Accounting Software allows you to up to 500 transactions free which will allow you to evaluate the product or may even suffice your needs.
We also provide a scanning client K39Scanner which can be deployed on remote PCs in your factory for data collection of times against jobs. Your employee is required to scan his UserID, the TaskID and the JobID to log his activity directly into the database.
Accounting Module.
This consist of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Purchase Register, Cash book and Nominal Ledger. It handles standard and cash accounting VAT and has a report editor that allows you to create and edit reports. Many Reports can be sent directly to Microsoft Outlook
Sales Documents.
This allows Tenders, Quotations, Orders, Jobs, Deliver-Notes and invoices to be created. Documents can be created directly from its parent document reducing work and errors. For example, a sales invoice can be created from a sales order requiring only the order number and invoice date to be added. All documents can be edited to your own requirements using your own logo.
Purchase Order Processing.
This allows Requisitions, allocations and purchase orders to be created. Documents can be created directly from its parent document reducing work and errors. All documents can be edited to your own requirements using your own logo.
Inventory.
This allows purchase and stock items to be created. Stock transactions are created from purchase orders and issues to give real-time stock information.
Job Costing.
Sales Jobs are created from a sales order albeit a sales order may contain several sales jobs. Materials used are priced and recorded against a job either by direct issue or by creating a GRN if specified on the Purchase order. Labour times are recorded using either the scanning tool or by direct input from timesheets etc. A summary can be produced showing the profit or loss against each job.
